Each month we talk about a different book, choosen by the group (dates and full book list to the right!).
Meetings are held at the Ponders End Working Mens Social Club on South Street, Ponders End (where men and women are both welcome).
The social club has a bar which sells affordable drinks and snacks so we usually have a tipple or two.
The idea is mainly to have fun and a chance to talk to like-minded book lovers over a drink and some nibbles and hopefully, to broaden our collective literary horizons.
New members are warmly welcomed. And it’s all completely free!
